GYMNASIUM


Gymnasium Committee Members: Mr. Minoo Khan, Mr. Kapil Ranade, Mr. Noshir Billimoria, Mr. Kaizad Dandiwalla and Rustom Jasoomoney The Gym timings are: Monday to Sunday mornings 7 am to 11 am Monday to Saturday evenings 4 pm to 10pm.

The Club has appointed an instructor who is available only in the evenings. Personal trainers are permitted for which Club charges are to be paid on monthly basis. The Gymnasium is fully air-conditioned, music system and Cable TV IS provided.

Equipments: Incline Cycle, Tread mills, Stepper & Twister, Smith machine, Stretch Machin, ABZ Board, Cross trainer, Chest & Shoulder press, Bicep & triceps’ extension machine, Lat pulldown Mid row, Dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs to 50 lbs pairs, Free weight plates ranging from 5 lbs to 45 lbs pairs.

Community Activities: Annual All Zoroastrians Men & Women Arm Wrestling and Power lifting competitions are conducted
